Order Processing and Shipping

• Shipping Schedule: We ship products twice a week, carefully packaging each order to ensure the highest quality upon arrival.
• Local Delivery: Orders over $300 qualify for local delivery. Delivery is scheduled once a week for your convenience. Specific delivery days and times may vary; please contact us for further details.
• Curbside Pickup: Curbside pickup is available during regular business hours. Simply place your order and let us know when you’ll be arriving so we can have it ready for you.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Returns are only accepted within 15 days of purchase and must meet the following conditions to qualify for store credit:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.
• Store credit will be issued for eligible returns.

Anticipated Reactions

When using ZO® Skin Health high-potency retinol products, the following reactions are normal and to be expected:

• Redness
• Itching
• Stinging or burning
• Peeling and flaking



**We highly recommend scheduling a consultation prior to purchasing any high-potency retinol products to ensure they are appropriate for your skin type and goals.
